BONUS
TERMS

Bonus promotions are available only to fully verified clients (KYC completed).

Each client may receive a Bonus once unless otherwise specified.

The Company reserves the right to decline Bonus requests without explanation.

Managed accounts, duplicate accounts, and suspicious registrations may be excluded.

Bonus funds are loseable and are not withdrawable. They exist solely to support trading and are not considered real equity.

Internal transfers do not qualify for a Bonus unless clearly stated.

Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be rejected.

The Company may modify or cancel any Bonus without prior notice.

The Bonus is credited after the qualifying deposit is approved.

The Bonus is loseable and does not form part of withdrawable equity.

If account equity reaches zero or cannot meet margin requirements, the Bonus is automatically removed.

Hedging between multiple accounts, toxic flow, arbitrage, latency arbitrage or any abusive trading strategies are prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to void trades deemed abusive or unfair.

Full-margin trading is strictly prohibited.

Any margin level at or below 135% is considered full-margin trading.

Reaching 135% margin or lower indicates Bonus abuse.

In such cases, the Company may, at its discretion:

Remove the Bonus

Cancel profits gained during abuse

Adjust account balances

Restrict or suspend trading

Permanently close the account

The client acknowledges that the Company has full discretionary power to act in Bonus abuse situations.

Profits generated while using a Bonus may be withdrawn depending on the Bonus type.

The required trading activity period varies depending on the Bonus type.

Trading activity days refer to days with executed trades, not calendar days.

Clients must contact Support to confirm the trading activity requirement for their specific Bonus.

Profit withdrawals can only be processed after completing the required trading activity days.

Any withdrawal request results in automatic Bonus removal.

If open positions rely on Bonus funds, Bonus removal may result in immediate stop-out.

Profits obtained through abusive or prohibited trading methods may be cancelled.

Bonuses may have time limits depending on the promotion.

If the required trading activity period is not completed in time, the Bonus will be removed.

Inactive accounts (no trading for 45 days) will have the Bonus removed.

The Company may alter or terminate Bonus programs at any time.

Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple accounts registered by the same client

Hedging between related accounts

Toxic or manipulative trading strategies

Using VPN/proxy to bypass limitations

Full-margin trading (≤135%)

The Company may cancel Bonus, profits, or historical trades if abuse is detected.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by volatility, slippage, gaps, news events, or server delays.

Removing a Bonus during volatile conditions may cause immediate stop-out.

Trading CFDs and leveraged products involves high risk.

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate Bonus terms at any time.

Updated Terms take effect once published on the website.

Continued use of the Bonus constitutes acceptance of all revised Terms.

All decisions made by the Company regarding Bonus usage, eligibility, removal, or profit approval are final.

By participating in any Bonus program, the client accepts these Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the General Terms of Business, the General Terms of Business prevail.
